Colorful stuff for sale at the Fulton Fall Folk Festival. Getting a mum (or two, or three) is one of my fall traditions. I first saw the red pumpkin on Friday, when it was dreary and drizzling. I thought it made a nice sort of natural selective color situation. When we came back late on Saturday afternoon, the little red pumpkin was still there, but it was sunny this time. To my surprise, I like the pictures taken on the overcast day better.

Beautiful mums... and what a neat pumpkin! I like overcast days too. I've started believing that gray is a beautiful color!
The mums are great and full of colour, but the 'Little Red' is a gem.. a do like that picture.
It's true that sometimes you get better shots when the sun isn't shining and it is almost always true with video unless the subject is in an evenly lit area. Good shots.
WOW those are great colorful flowers. Mums are fun to have around the house hope you picked some up!! :) :) I love to take pictures on overcast days,, sometimes the lighting will really surprise you with great results. :) :)

great fall shots! i love the red pumpkin.... a lot of times i like photos better after a rain... it gives colors a certain depth and brings out diffferent hues.
I like how that red pumpkin stands out. Nice shot.
I don't know how they can raise them for $5.00 much less sell them for that. It takes a lot of patience to pinch off those buds to get the round shapes.
And, yes, I really like photos that are taken either in the shade or on cloudy days. The quality is altogether different.
