It's Skyline Time

When we come to Dayton, we usually make it a point to have a meal at a Skyline Chili restaurant. The chili is seasoned with cinnamon & cocoa, among other things, and you get it on top of spaghetti. I thought I'd hate it, but its delicious!

This trip, Justin took his Mom and I to the oldest Skyline franchise that's still in business. Its in the Clifton neighborhood near the University of Cincinnati. I always get the same thing: two cheese coneys and a Greek salad ... Mmmmmm!

Next post I'll show you some photos from the other place we visited while we were in Cincinnati ...

Cinnamon & cocoa? Sounds like a cool combination for chili :D I'll have a go next time, thanks for the recommendation.

Love the angle of this shot :D

The other week Jane went into this fancy Chocolate Shop, and picked out a few to enjoy on our walk.... she picked a Chocolate that had chillies in... It was beautiful.. I was really surprised.. So when I read this Ash... I was reminded of that taste and thought how nice the Cinnamon & Cocoa would have flavoured the chilli...
I will have cheese and honey on toast which is loverly

That's a new one on me. I think I need to try it. Can't even imagine how it would taste. Very intriguing.
