Warning: Extreme Cuteness Ahead!

It was lambing season at Hopewell Furnace Historic Park, where we went for a jaunt today. The park ranger on duty said that the lambs were adorable for a few weeks, and then they turn into holy terrors.

These lambs are still on the cute side, but I could see a few holy terror tendencies emerging:

"Wake up!"

"No, really, wake up!!"

"Being ornery makes me itchy!"

  3. The do look cute now... but I can not look at a young lamb without thinking of mint sauce...mashed potatoes and steamed veg.

I like the photos you posted today, Ash. Nice work.

This is a reminder that I once had a lamb and everything was fine until it got bigger and started butting my mom at every opportunity.

  5. You just can't beat lambs for the cuteness factor - so sweet. I hate to think about that when I eat roast lamb - aaaaaagh!!!!!
